This patient presented with a mild case of gynecomastia, or an overgrowth of male breast tissue. The patient was a good candidate for gynecomastia surgery via liposuction versus a more extensive gynecomastia surgery. Dr. Jonov performed liposuction of the chest and nearby areas to remove the excess tissue and create a more masculine chest.
