Our patient underwent an inframammary fold breast augmentation using 450cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implants. This patient is fully healed and demonstrates a great example of the natural-looking volume and shape achievable with this procedure. Note the enhanced, but balanced contour and projection in her final result.
