This patient underwent a comprehensive treatment for gynecomastia, a condition addressed by targeting both excess fatty and glandular tissue in the male chest. VASER liposuction was first utilized to liquefy and remove unwanted fat, while a small incision was then made to surgically excise the firm glandular tissue that liposuction alone cannot treat. The combined result is a significant reduction in breast projection and a flatter, more contoured, and traditionally masculine chest appearance.
