This patient is shown six months after breast augmentation using 480cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus MemoryGel Boost implants. We selected the “Moderate Plus” profile to widen the breast base and provide natural projection without looking overfilled. At this stage in recovery, the implants have fully settled into the pocket, creating a soft, proportionate silhouette with desirable upper pole fullness.
